- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sausage mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
