Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, and corn.
- Add diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over the mixture.
- Sprinkle cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
