Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil shrimp in salted water until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool the shrimp under cold water.
  3. In a bowl, combine tomato juice, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño.
  4. Add lime juice and salt to the mixture.
  5. Add the cooled shrimp and mix well.
