Ingredients

- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
