Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  2. Add shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, topped with tortilla chips, avocado, lime juice, and cilantro.
