Delicious and tender meatballs cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- You can freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
