- 2 cups cooked meatballs, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread 1/4 cup marinara sauce on the tortilla.
- Add chopped meatballs and cheese on top.
- Top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
