A simple and delicious recipe for meatballs cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve with pasta or on a sub roll.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Add vegetables to the sauce for extra nutrition.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
