Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onions and celery, and sauté until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the turkey mixture to the bread mixture.
- Pour in the chicken broth and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or pork for the turkey.
- Add chopped nuts for extra texture.
- This stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
