Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, carrots, corn, and potatoes.
- Melt butter and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
- Reheat before serving.
