  • 3 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened.
  5. Add cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until cheese melts.
  6. Combine macaroni with cheese sauce. Mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
