Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free bread, cubed
- 1 cup low FODMAP vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté celery and carrots until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, and herbs.
- Pour in vegetable broth and mix until bread is moistened.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
