Ingredients

  • Turkey breast – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder – 2 tsp
  • Onion powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage) – 1/4 cup
  • Green beans – 1 lb
  • Butter – 4 tbsp
  • Almond flour – 2 cups
  • Eggs – 4
  • Cauliflower – 1 head
  • Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese – 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Rub turkey with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 2-3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Steam green beans and toss with butter.
  5. For cauliflower mash, steam cauliflower until tender, then blend with heavy cream and cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve turkey with green beans and cauliflower mash.
