A delicious low carb high protein cookie dough made with Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour and protein powder, and stir until combined.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and dark chocolate chips.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
