A delicious low carb high protein cookie dough made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and sweetener until smooth.
- Add almond flour and protein powder, and stir until combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract and dark chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Scoop and enjoy your cookie dough.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt with any other yogurt.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
