Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In another bowl, beat the eggs.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
