Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.

  6. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
