Delicious and crispy parmesan crusted chicken inspired by Longhorn Steakhouse.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs for a different texture.
- Adjust seasoning based on preference.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
