- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add shrimp and lobster, cooking until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in cooked macaroni, cheese, and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
