- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak, bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning.
- Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet.
- Add half of the steak mixture and half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
