Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add steak, bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning.
  3. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet.
  5. Add half of the steak mixture and half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
