Description

A light and refreshing dessert made with lemon and creamy chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
  3. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers to coat.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor.
  • Can substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate if preferred.
