Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in crushed graham crackers.
- Chill the truffles before serving.
