Description

A simple and delicious lemon chicken pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth.
  6. Bring to a simmer and reduce slightly.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and mix well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
