Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the salad in a serving dish for presentation.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
