Lamb chops served over creamy lobster mash with sautéed asparagus.


Ingredients

  • 2 lamb chops
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, cream, salt, and lobster meat.
  5. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Plate lobster mash, top with lamb chops, and serve with asparagus.
