Ingredients

- 2 lamb chops
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with butter, cream, salt, and lobster meat.
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Plate lobster mash, top with lamb chops, and serve with asparagus.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
