Description
Korean-style country ribs marinated in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and black pepper.
- Place the ribs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the ribs.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the ribs for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more gochujang.
- Serve with rice or kimchi.
