Description
Delicious cupcakes inspired by Kinder Bueno chocolate bars.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the Nutella and chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and garnish with remaining Kinder Bueno pieces.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
- You can substitute Nutella with any chocolate spread.
