Ingredients

- 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 small head purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green and purple cabbage with the grated carrots.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
