Description

A refreshing mini dessert with a tart lime flavor and creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks.
  5. Pour the mixture into the crusts.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
