Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

- Roast the turkey in the oven for 3-4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Blend cauliflower with heavy cream and cheese until smooth.
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and green beans.

- You can add herbs like rosemary or thyme for more flavor.
