  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 2-3 hours.
  4. In a pot, steam the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
  5. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, heavy cream, and cheese. Blend until smooth.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté green beans with thyme, rosemary, and sage for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and sautéed green beans.
