- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sage
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 2-3 hours.
- In a pot, steam the cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
- In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, heavy cream, and cheese. Blend until smooth.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté green beans with thyme, rosemary, and sage for 5 minutes.
- Serve the turkey with cauliflower mash and sautéed green beans.
Notes
- Rest the turkey for 20 minutes before carving.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
