A low-carb stuffing recipe perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, celery, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the riced cauliflower, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
