  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon sage

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, celery, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the riced cauliflower, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
