Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt, mixing well.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
