Ingredients

- 1 turkey (12-15 lbs)
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of jerk seasoning.
- Marinate the turkey overnight for better flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
