Ingredients

Instructions
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, mix egg yolks, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease with butter.
- Pour batter into the pan, forming thick circles.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
