  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and green onions.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Brush the edges of the wonton with beaten egg.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle and seal tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
