Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and brown sugar to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Serve with whipped cream for added richness.
