Description

Easy Instant Pot spaghetti and meatballs recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Form into meatballs.
  3. Set Instant Pot to sauté and brown meatballs.
  4. Add marinara sauce and water.
  5. Break spaghetti in half and add to pot.
  6. Seal lid and cook on high for 8 minutes.
  7. Quick release pressure and serve.

Notes

  • Use any ground meat.
  • Adjust sauce to taste.
  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
