A quick and easy instant pot chicken noodles recipe for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, release the pressure and remove the chicken.
- Shred the chicken and return to the pot.
- Add egg noodles and stir well.
- Set to sauté mode for another 5 minutes until noodles are cooked.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
