Description

A quick and easy instant pot chicken noodles recipe for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Set the instant pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  2. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  4. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done, release the pressure and remove the chicken.
  6. Shred the chicken and return to the pot.
  7. Add egg noodles and stir well.
  8. Set to sauté mode for another 5 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
  • Add more vegetables if desired.
