- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, and biscuit mix until smooth.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly in a pie dish.
- Pour the biscuit mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
