Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add the beef and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
  5. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Add carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper.
  8. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar before serving.
