A comforting homestyle meatloaf inspired by Cracker Barrel.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan.
- Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This meatloaf can be frozen for later use.
