A delicious homemade version of the popular cereal, cinnamon toast crunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
- In another bowl, combine cornflakes and melted butter.
- Add the sugar and cinnamon mixture to the cornflakes and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Can be served with milk or yogurt.
