Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
- Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

- Serve with rice and vegetables.
- Adjust spice level with more or less gochujang.
