Instructions
- Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Sprinkle thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and stir it back into the soup before serving.
