Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
