- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
