A simple and tasty hamburger dish cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Transfer mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese before serving.
Notes
- Serve with buns or over rice.
- Can add bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
