A delicious ham recipe perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 1 fully cooked ham (8–10 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Brush the glaze over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes for a caramelized glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Choose a bone-in ham for more flavor.
- Save leftovers for sandwiches or soups.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
