  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Cover the ham loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
