Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
