Description

A delicious grilled chicken sandwich loaded with three types of cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone on one slice of bread.
  4. Place the grilled chicken on top of the cheese.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add the sandwich to the pan and grill until golden brown.
  8. Flip and grill the other side until the cheese melts.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before cutting.
